My oldest child hates her name.

Absolutely. Hates. It.

She wants to change it to Zora Wiggs.

And she's serious about it.

What's up with that?

Grrrrrrrr......

That's it? That's it? Are you kidding me? Where is the resolution? Where is the notification of the other child's parents? Where is the calling in the right other kids? Seriously?!?!!? "Don't talk to each other for a month and then we'll revisit the situation" is NOT the answer!!!!!!

And that's all I have to say about that.

Here's hoping....

So I had to call the Assistant Principal at Hayden's school today to discuss a girl who has been bullying Hayden and her friends since the first grade. Why is it that when I have to talk to them I still feel like I'm a kid about to get in trouble? Talking to her last time didn't help, let's hope this time will. This is the same kid who told my daughter and her friends in first grade that she was going to "cut off their heads and bury their bodies". Nice thing for a 7 year old to say. She has now toned it down to mean comments and occasional smacks. The good news is that she hasn't hit Hayden....yet. Mama Bear may go a little ballistic if that were to happen. As it is I'm tired of my child being told they are stupid, ugly and dumb. Keep your fingers crossed for me!!

Slack, slack, slack

Okay, I just realized it has been almost a month since I posted!!

I missed Christmas and New Year's posts.

With that being said I know you all know how busy this time of year can be!!!!

I made a resolution to make sure that I blogged at least every other day. All I can say is that my other resolutions are hanging in there a lot better than that one!!! But I'm going to do my best to stay on it. Honest. I mean it. Seriously!
